I ordered a few things for my pet and was glad the shipping cost didn’t feel over the top like it does on some other sites. The total price ended up being fair, and I was happy with the overall experience. I’d definitely consider ordering from them again.

I’m usually cautious when trying a site for the first time, but this one was easy to get around and didn’t feel confusing.

I was trying to get cat food, flea treatment, and a replacement filter for my aquarium without bouncing around a bunch of different websites. Annoyingly enough, Petswarehouse actually had most of it in one spot, which made the whole thing easier than I expected.

The selection is better than I want to admit, especially for fish supplies and some pet foods I usually can’t find locally. The site itself could be a little smoother to sort through, but I did end up finding what I needed without too much hassle.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a couple things I wanted were out of stock, which was frustrating. Still, overall, it was a decent experience, and I’d probably check there again next time...

I felt a little pressured to place the order because I needed the stuff quickly, so I was kind of worried it might show up damaged. But it was packed really well. The shipping box looked a bit rough when it arrived, but everything inside was protected and totally fine. No crushed cans or ripped bags like I’ve had happen with other sites. Happy with how it turned out.

I was trying to track down my pet’s usual food and every other store seemed to be out of stock. Found it here quickly and ordering was simple enough. Reading between the lines, they seem to have a better handle on inventory than some of the bigger places, which I definitely appreciated.

But once it finally updated, I felt relieved because it was easy to follow from there. The package showed up fine, and overall it was a good experience. I just wish the tracking had started updating a bit sooner.

I had to return a dog bed because it ended up being smaller than I expected. As a dog mom, I’m picky about making sure my pup has enough room to stretch out, so it just wasn’t going to work for us. The return process was straightforward, and customer service got back to me the next day. The refund took about a week to show up, which was okay, but I do wish it had been a little faster. Overall, everything worked out fine.
